Thursday 20th February – this course is a must for all Italian food lovers! An example of some of the dishes you will learn how to make on the day – fresh pasta, rosemary foccacia, sweet leek and mascarpone or spicy cherry tomato sauce, biscotti biscuits, tipsy tiramisu, mini Italian cheesecake & panettone bread & butter pudding. All guaranteed to be a hit with the family! This workshop is an ideal introduction to making bread & pasta. We make pasta both by hand and using a pasta machine, with tips and guidance to take out the mystery from fresh pasta. The class will take place in my country kitchen, Gyn Race, Royd Lane, Millhouse Green, S36 9NY. Places are limited to 10 people per course price £85.00 pp. All courses include lunch (made by you), plus teas and coffees throughout the day (10am – 2pm). All equipment and ingredients will be supplied – you just need to bring yourself along and enjoy your day in the beautiful surroundings of Millhouse Green.
