Thursday 8th December – Be prepared & enjoy a Christmas gathering with family & friends with a few foolproof recipes that enable you to relax and enjoy the day. Here is an example of dishes that will be made on the day – chorizo puffs, prepare a Christmas ham, scotch egg, proper sausage rolls, empanaditas, panettone & delicious melt in the mouth mince pies!
The class will take place at Gyn Race, Royd Lane, Millhouse Green, Penistone on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Places are limited to 10-12 people at £90pp. This course includes lunch, plus teas and coffees throughout the day (10am – 2.00pm). All equipment and ingredients will be supplied – you just need to bring yourself along and enjoy your day in the beautiful surroundings of Millhouse Green. These are hands-on demonstrations and produce that you make you can take home to enjoy with your family!
