CLASSIC CAKES & BISCUITS

FRIDAY 17th MAY. Banish the mystery from baking. With simple techniques and a few tricks of the trade you’ll be making delicious & traditional recipes that are bound to impress. The cakes you will make include: Shortbread Biscuits, Bakewell Tart and a yummy Classic Victoria Sponge to takeaway and enjoy at home.

The course include a simple lunch, plus teas and coffees throughout the day (10am – 2.30pm). All equipment and ingredients will be supplied – you just need to bring yourself along and enjoy your day in the beautiful surroundings of Millhouse Green. This is a hand on demonstration and all produce that you make you will take home to enjoy with your family! Also included for you to take away are recipe sheets for all the dishes covered on the course. The classes will take place in my country kitchen, Gyn Race, Royd Lane, Millhouse Green, S36 9NY. Places are limited to 6 people per course & cost from £45.00 pp.
