When it comes to food I believe – keep it simple, keep it local and enjoy it! In all my tarts and pies I only use quality locally produce, my own free range eggs (even for the glaze) and home-made preserves. One of life’s greatest pleasures is food and that’s why I always strive to make the very best pies and puddings in Yorkshire!

These can be used for any celebration, such as weddings, birthdays, christenings, etc. and can be personalised to suit any occasion. The above fillings or a combination for different tiers can be used. We can deliver locally and decorate if required with sprigs of parsley, rosemary, flowers and gingham ribbon to give it a truly fantastic and rustic appearance. Or you can decorate it yourself to match the theme of your celebration. Please contact me for further details.
