FRIDAY 22 February – create a selection of one pot dishes with a minimum of fuss – a seasonal soup with black treacle soda bread, Marsden family beef stew, normandy pork casserole with cheesy dumplings (vegetarian option available) and a school treacle sponge, Eve’s pudding or steamed chocolate pudding with chocolate sauce perfect for those family gatherings or informal dining with friends at home. Places are limited to 10 people per course. £65.00 pp. All courses include lunch (made by you), plus teas and coffees throughout the day (10am – 2pm). All equipment and ingredients will be supplied – you just need to bring yourself along and enjoy your day in the beautiful surroundings of Millhouse Green.
