SPANISH TAPAS

FRIDAY 20th September  This is a must for all Spanish food lovers! This is an example of some of the dishes you will learn how to make on the day – rabbit ragu, flat breads with hummus, calamari, chorizo with chickpeas, sundried tomato and goat’s cheese tart. All guaranteed to be a hit with the family!The class will take place in my country kitchen, Gyn Race, Royd Lane, Millhouse Green, S36 9NY. Places are limited to 6 people per course. £50.00 pp. All courses include a farmhouse lunch, plus teas and coffees throughout the day (10am – 2pm).
