FRIDAY 22nd September – Come along and learn how to make a proper steak or chicken/leek pie and also a family favourite dessert, apple pie with melt in the mouth pastry – so easy to prepare! Also make another classic pudding such as steamed treacle/chocolate sponge with custard, Eve’s pudding, rhubarb crumble cake, brioche bread & butter pudding, banoffi pie, or meringue nests filled with fresh raspberries & cream. They will be sure to impress family and friends! The course costs £65 per person and will take place in my country kitchen, Gyn Race, Royd Lane, Millhouse Green, S36 9NY.
