Pork Pie Making Discover the art of the humble pork pie. Hands on session takes 3 hours including lunch (‘Penistone Ploughmans’ with Yorkshire cheese) maximum 30 people. This includes a pork pie to take away with you. If you wish to extend the course for a further hour you could include making a jar of piccalilli or chutney of your choice to take away too!
Morning/Afternoon Cream Tea 3 hours baking a variety of wonderful English classics; dainty savouries and cakes. Enjoy as afternoon tea or late lunch served with china cups and saucers!
Flavours of Italy Learn how to make fresh pasta or a delicious pizza, foccacia bread all great fun! Then try your hand at making a classic Italian pudding such as Pannecotta or Tipsy Tiramsu … and then enjoy over lunch with a glass of Pressecco!
Breadmaking for Beginners Learn in 3 hours the basics to successful bread making and take home one of the following rustic breads, Stromboli, plaits or sweet buns. Whilst waiting for the dough to rise we will make a Victoria sandwich or carrot cake – yum!
Classy Canapes Make stunning canapes from scratch to impress guests at any party! Perfect with a glass of fizz! Course from 3 hours.
Two Course lunch/dinner A choice of starter, main & pudding. For example leek/wensleydale tart with polenta pastry, smoked haddock rissotto and bakewell tart or profiteroles/chocolate eclairs. Again, this can be tweaked to include dishes that suit your tastes. Typically a 4 hour course.
