Friday 18th October – bake a variety of classic British puddings and teatime treats, such as Bakewell or treacle tart, bread & butter pudding, variety of scones, mini lemon drizzle cakes, Victoria sponge, mini chocolate meringues, chorizo/pork sausage rolls, profiteroles and polenta tart . Then enjoy them as part of lunch! There will be lots to take home and share with family and friends. The class will take place in my country kitchen, Gyn Race, Royd Lane, Millhouse Green, S36 9NY. Places are limited to 10 people at £70.00pp. This course includes lunch, plus teas and coffees throughout the day (10am – 2.00pm). All equipment and ingredients will be supplied – you just need to bring yourself along and enjoy your day in the beautiful surroundings of Millhouse Green.
